Synopsis:

Man-E-Faces, Stratos and He-man do battle with the bat-people that appeared last issue. Stratos eventually realizes that they are warped images of his own people, including his sister, Hawk.

While they battle, Man-At-Arms awakes from his coma, seemingly insane, and is promptly restrained, for his own good.

Later He-man journeys with Man-E-Faces to Castle Grayskull, to consult with the Sorceress on the disappearances in Avion.She is stricken with weakness however, from Evil Lyn's attack last issue. But she still reveals that the disappearances are caused by a dimensional rift, and that Man-At-Arms is the cause of it, having been replaced by an evil doppelganger from a parallel dimension.

Meanwhile at the royal Palace, the guard stationed at Man-At-Arms incarceration, is knocked out, and Teela makes a startling discovery...Man-At-Arms has escaped!
