Toyguru hit up the .org on the eve of Zodak selling out with a new message:

MOTU fans,

Obviously in the last two weeks we've had some communication problems between customer service and our fan base. To reiterate, let me assure fans that NO subscriptions have been canceled and Teela is not on backorder.

We have had multiple meetings with Digital River and it appears we are through the rough patch and going forward it should be smoother sailing. DR is committed to outstanding customer service and there reps are personally calling all customers who had any issue. If you have not heard from them, please call 1 877 GO MATTY or contact them through the email on Mattycollector.com (csvendor@digitalriver.com).

I've had about 100 PMs sent to me through He-Man.org. While I do my best to review these, this is not the most efficient way to contact Mattel or Mattycollector.com customer service. The best way is to contact Digital River directly at the address and number above!

In other news, Zodak did sell out. While this does not lock in all bonus figures “planned” for 2010 quite yet, it is good news. We'll keep an eye on Goddess, Battle Armor He-Man and Battle Cat. If the other bonus figures do not pick up steam, we'll simply roll them into the regular line. (this is why we have not been able to comment on any figures past Moss Man, until we know how many bonus figures we are doing, 2010 is very much in the air right now!)
