Perfect storm of CG hitting the mark this week. This figure is basically the first (unless you count the weapons rack) individually sold accessory to the castle as far as I'm concerned. He's a cool concept character and am looking forward to adding him to my collection. Glad I didn't wait to get him. I pick my daughter up from school at noon, and was going to wait until I got home to order him. I decided to pull Matty up on my smart phone and ordered him right at noon. WooHoo! Thank goodness for mobile Internet access!

what time did he sellout? i think i ordered at 12:07 est because i wasn't sure if i wanted to order him since i had a couple extra figures to trade.
this sellout may have pumped some new hype into the line like it was 2 years ago. might be good for 2013.
did anyone ever think that a couple days after grayskull gets the green light, grayskull man sells out super quick. people are excited about this line again!

Logged in at 12:30 and missed him too. Just now went to evilbay and spent 48.90 to get an extra... I'll have to look at it as he is a $25 dollar figure and 9$ shipping. So I only paid $14 more for him....
I am glad I got 2 subs next year. I don't want to have to resort to ebay for these guys ever again.

I'm disappointed I missed out on him too. If a figure ever deserved a reissue, its this one. The 30th Anniversary create a character winner, a fast sell out & many fans missing out surely makes this an exception to the 'no 2nd runs' rule that Mattel has adopted? Plus we've just been loyal & commited to buying Castle Grayskull so don't we deserve another chance at that figure to complete our Castle display? I won't hold my breath but it would be nice if it happens.

Don`t wonder why he sold out so fast, he`s a true MOTU figure with the vibe of the 80`s.
Again a fan showed Mattel, what real MOTU designs are made of...
Those Snake Mountain Man and Fright Zone Man arts look better than Mattel`s 30th stuff plus lazy produced Vykron and would also be true to MOTU IMO.

Yeah, he is a nice figure but that sell-out was just crazy. Just about everyone is saying how they are going to be incorporating him into their castle. This one may be the exception to the no 2nd run rule. Re-issue him a few months before CG gets made and I bet he would sell-out again.
Like alot of others, I totally forgot this was sale day and missed him. I will wait for a few months for the market to cool a little and try and make a trade for him. Lordy knows I have enough stuff to trade.
