just curious if anyone is better at this than i am.. trying to find customer reviews on 'Mark McCormick Commercial and Residential Construction' of toms river nj.
he claims that if he starts in april, it'll take till june to get insulation, walls, tile and paint all done in our shore house. three months to me seems a little long.
The only reason we are involved with these people is because our neighbor with questionable morals works for him. The last time, my father was going to help him out by hiring this guy. Before he started, he demanded an extra $1,000's or he wouldn't start at all... and going down to check on him, apparently he and our neighbor spent most of the day drinking when they should have been working.
My thought is their new scam is to drag the job out as long as possible to get as much money as possible. to sum it up, i just don't trust them ;o)

not my decision...or my house. my mother decided it, and the only back bone she tends to get is when she gets stubborn. the old 'this guy is right there' excuse....ugh,,,someone shoot me.
i tried to steer her away with other businesses of locals...but the old 'i don't have time to go down and meet people' excuse also popped up
