Does any one here know of or ever heard of Wrap Trap it puts me in the mind of Rattler trap the vehicle that never got made for the snake men along with up-scaler and bat-pak, but could it also be squeeze or the mummy horde guy????? so many questions and so many thoughts!!!!!!!

OHHHH! I Totally had forgot about that contraption, I remember seeing that some time ago! Thanks Tallstar! Now I Am A Little Upset, Becuase I was Hoping It Was Actually Somebody, But Now I Am Curious As To Why They Would Trademark That When Vehicles And The Such Are Not Really Going To Happen, So Maybe They Still Might Be Trying It For A Some 1! There was probably an issue with the name Songster being used. I'm guessing that's why it took so long for this one to show up compared to the others from the Fan Choice.
Yeah Some one had mentioned the Songster was being used by some company already so Give songster an upgrade and make his guitar also an axe like weapon and you know have Songstro The War Bard

Iīm a little confused...
In the list we have characters like Dylamug, Shakoti and Madam Razz.
But there has never been a trademark for Shadow Weaver, no Ocatvia and no Fang-Man but still they exist or are on their way.
There is no system or am just missing something?
Some of the names haven't been trademarked and don't need to be.
Octavia is just a name (there are people named Octavia, and there was a Roman empress, I think, named Octavia), so they may not be able to TM that name.
Don't assume though that the remainder of 2013 has been TM'd yet...
There are hints everywhere...

That is Kowl's tag-line from the vintage line.
This would actually be the cheapest horse for Mattel to produce...
It's the only other horse (aside from Filmation Swift Wind) with the chest harness thing... ALL the other horses: Charger, Spirit, Arrow (both versions), Moonbeam, & Sundancer have bare chests.
SO, to make any of those, Mattel would have to re-tool the Horse body.
AND, if this has been trademarked for MOTUC, then dare I say that that is a VERY good sign for 2014... unless it has something to do with the NY Toy Fair announcement about "getting more fan favorites out more quickly."
