I was adding some additional information and pictures on DVD-section
* BCI-release of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Season 2 vol 2

When I clicked "Save Changes" the site just threw me out of the Editing-mode and did not saved the changes I made. When I tried to use "Save Changes and Exit" it exited, but did not save anything. Also When I tried to add pictures and clicked "Add Image", site just threw me out of the Editing-mode.

I tested the page and it worked for me, weird.
Try to clean up you cache or maybe use a different browser, see if that works.

Also, the "Add to have list" function should have been fixed now, can you guys give it a try once more, let us know if it works properly?

About the NA section in Encyclopedia entries: the reason they didn't work was because there was not text in the bio.
If there is no text at all, the page just doesn't show; that's the way the studio set it up.

It's pretty easy to get aroudn the problem though, without having to write the bio right away.
If you want to activate another "era" of each profile, just add a "Please, add a bio here." in the main text box.
That will do the trick and remidn everyone visiting that page there is still need for extra content .)

It happened to me, but it usually had to do with a specific file being rejected by the system for some reason.
Is that happening to you on any page or it's in just one page?

And if it so, can you send me the files so I cna try it and see what's wrong?

I tried to upload pages for a zinco comic:

it isn't the locked queue or in the approval queue, and it's opening for me.
This morning the site looks glitchy, it's doing wierd stuff for me too.
Can you retry again now, maybe I got it unlocked.

It was now unlocked. And I saw some of the pages I uploaded before (not sure if you approve them?)... I tried to upload the other 10 pages at once and unfortunately get again the same error.
Maybe it is no longer possible to upload more than one page at once?

I still get this error

In addition to that I recognized that the sorting order of the pages I uploaded before always mixed up when I upload other content.
E.g. I uploaded new pages to the Interpart comic and the sorting order of the Estrela comics get mixed up.

It doens't let you back in because the page went into the approval queue.
I should have fixed it now, give it another try and let me know how it goes.
Seems that sometimes some files create a problem.

It's still not working. When I tried to add a picture and save it, the site gave me the same error again and didn't save the picture.

Seems like the problem isn't in uploading the images, but the number of image boxes on the page (I didn't get to upload the images, and I already got the errors).

We'll let the studio know, but the guys who do the programming appear to be stuck in a blizzard, so it may be a week or so before they can get to it to fix it.
I'll post here when everythign is back to normal.

We sent all the bugs reports to the studio and we got in touch with them a couple of days ago after the blizzard.
They said they are working on this stuff. I have my finger crossed that they can fix them as soon as possible.

Definitely not a bug.
Someone else had locked that page, but didn't upload anything.
It's unlocked now.
BTW, that Storm packagin isn't for the US/international regualr POP series.

your right... hmmm I may have uploaded a few in the wrong country actually... I'll have to peak at that later... thats what happens when I update too many characters at once lol

the short answer is no, not fixed yet
I know it's a pain, especially since you're doing an awesome job over there.
Unfortunately, some other issues have arised, and we really need to get those solved before the studio can actually go and fix these issues.
Please have patience and keep the goodies coming. We're totally committed to get this right and working.

Not sure if I should report this here or not, but about 1/3 of the time I have visited in the last few days my Internet Security tells me that He-Man.org is an unsafe website. It has never done it before and I have been a member/ visiting for about 1 year now. I know we get a lot of traffic here, so I can understand that is a strong possibility. Any information that can be provided on what we need to do to remain safe while visiting He-Man.org on a daily basis?

Hi, I have made quite a few attempts to upload images from UK comics I have in my collection. I have followed all the steps outlined in the help section but every time I try to save an image the system throws me out and I get a error message that saying "internet explorer cannot display the web page". I have a fast broadband connection and I even tried lowering my own firewall to see if that might help but nothing works. Could this also be due to the problems that have been mentioned above? It's quite frustrating as I have a nice number of comics I would like to submit to the org. Any tips or advise?

He-Man.org is completely safe. Sometimes browser or other security softawares issues this kind of messages (it happened to me too) but nothing has changed, and you should have no problem visiting He-Man.org

I just uploaded a bunch of images and all was okay -other users have uploaded images as well today with no problem.
There is still that limit to 20 images but we're getting this solved soon. But that shouldn't have nothing to do with it.
Have you tried with other browsers?

Checked, no locks on those section.
Sometimes weird stuff happens due to weird connection setup. May be due to the ISP, not you.
Try with Firefox or Chrome, they works wonderfully for me.
If all of them fails, there may be some different kind of problem and we'll try to solve it
