Thanks for the kind words guys. She's having a bad day today and we have to wait until Thursday for some test results. But she's called the doctor today to see if there is anyway they can speed things up since she's so bad and we don't know what it is.

Jimmy, thanks for the hook up with the stactions. I'm not sure when I'll be in, but if you need to give you a deposit or pay for them now, just let me know and I'll call you with my credit card info.

Hey all, hope everyone's doing OK. Haven't been around much due to lots of divorce stuff going on and trying to get settled, but on a basic note, things are relatively civil, and are finally starting to develop. With any luck, we'll agree on a joint custody arrangement in the next few weeks or so.

In other news, I found an update on Jackson Publick's blog regarding the Venture Bros:

Season 1 DVDs are tenatively pushed back until somtime in May. Box art is being done by Bill Sienkiewicz. (Not sure how I feel about that after seeing his Skeletor/Evil-Lyn art card.......)

Season 2 is scheduled for a tenative 6/11 premiere.......

Sucks that they're delayed, but at least they're still coming.....

Hey guys. Here's a little update; I've been sick all week, I think my body was invaded while I was weak and now it has been putting me through the wringer(sp). My appointment to see the specialist has been bumped up from April 19 to Feb. 21, that's a good thing!
As it stands right now the only thing I can eat is Jello! It's the only thing that doesn't come back up in an hour! And I can drink most kinds of fruit juice(apple, grape) On the plus side I have found the greatest beverage in the world!! It's a fruit punch flavored vitamin water! YUM!!!

I'll keep you guys posted on any further developments.

The good news - tvshowsondvd.com is reporting that we'll most likely get "The Secret of the Sword" on DVD in time for SDCC in July!

The bad/good news - I quit my job at Target last week, and am currently looking for another. While I'm not sad to get outta there, I need to find something PDQ. I'm getting the resume out there, but if anybody has any non-retail leads, any help is appreciated. PM me or call the cell, if you have it. Thanks in advance, and only 6 more days until MOTU DVDs! (Although if Best Buy keeps their current trend, I'm sure someone will have scored them by the meeting.....)

I wont be able to make it to the meeting on Sunday, however, because that is the day that my sister is having a party for the triplets, who turn 4 today.

Sorry to hear that you had to leave your job Skull. What happened? Just couldn't take them anymore? I've been away from them almost a year and I still can't get the bad taste out of my mouth. For such a big company, you'd think that they would have their act together. Their execs are nothing but a bunch of brainwashed college kids right out of school who are trained to be Nazi stormtroopers. Corporate tells them the sky is red, then it's red. You could point up to the sky and tell them it's blue, but they will look right back at you and tell you it's red.

Good luck finding a new job. I don't care what the media says, it's still bad out there. I'm out there everyday and see it. They had a layoff by me at the first of the year and I just missed it. And I sell bread for a living. How could a breadman get laid off?

Not too much going on here on the toy front. I've been real busy with Tara still being sick. We still don't know what's wrong. But we spent Saturday night into Sunday in the ER with her that ended up with me being up for over 24 hours that day.

I really haven't been picking anything up lately. I think the last figures I got was the Thing from the FF classics and Aracangel from the new X-Men line. For the time being, I'm only looking for Storm and Super Skrull from the same lines. I got a lot of DC Direct hitting this money that's going to hurt the wallet plus my ML12 hitting anytime soon.

Speaking of Marvel Legends, did you guys see the leaked pics of the two packs? I'm so happy, we are finally getting the "Buscema Hulk" that was rumored to be part of the Hulk classics series 3 that got canned. That's the perfect Hulk. I can die and or end my toycollecting after that figure.

The Best Buy I work at got the He-Man DVDs in, but they didnt get put out on the shelves. Has anybody seen a Best Buy where they are out on the shelves?
