Chicagoland Sightings Part 2 - The Revenge!!!

I signed up for my subs next year. Also scored two Queens off the "bay". Just need 2 Captains now.

Going to be an expensive year for Masters. I'm not liking the whole idea of the new 30th ann. figures. Especially if it means figthing the white screen on Matty Days.

The only other line I'm in for is the new Marvel Legends. But the line up for both waves is unimpressive and $14.99 each kind of sucks.

I'm a bit disappointed by the MOTUC line-up. I'm not real familiar with the new characters and Bubble She-Ra doesn't exactly get me hot.

Overall as far as toys go this SDCC has been a bit of a let down.

I'm happy with the whole MOTUC lineup. Probably looking forward to Soccerous the most. Glad to see that Fisto will finally get the 200X big bad sword.

I have to say, after seeing everything, every reveal was great except for Snout Spout(I never liked his design and his bio makes me want to kill myself it's so depressing). I even liked the Star Sisters who I thought would make awful toys. Now my problem is trying to find money & space for this & Voltron. I'm not going to make any commitment until the day the subs go off sale.

When are the Matty toys going on sale, and does anyone know about the Hasbro toys? I was hoping to snag an Indy set online. I thought they usually release those the day after...

mattel will be august 1st and the rumor going around is that hasbro will by tomorrow morning. quite a few people were unhappy today because they took the day off to try to order the starscream; only to have their day wasted. despite how much that sucks, i also find it quite funny

Hey Mattingly, did you hear what Hasbro has been doing the past few days? Looks like people who skirted the limit by placing multiple orders are having their orders canceled. Word is that any items that have stock will go back online but it will not be all at once and kinda just filtering in. Not sure what would upset me more, missing out completely like I did or getting my orders canceled.

So what is everyone's SDCC haul look like after today? I was able to get both versions of Zarana, the Joe/Transformers Starscream Skystriker, Kilowog, Queen Marlena, Mumm-Ra w/ Mumm-Ra with Ma-Mutt staction, Prime Edition Optimus Prime, Marvel U Sentinel, Carol Ferris Barbie, Swamp Thing, Stay Puft, the Back to the Future DeLorean, and with a little help I get the Captain Glenns today.

I'm sure other sites have the car on sale. I got all my DeLoreans from my hook up out in California as well as half my stuff from out there. I almost got the Lion-O but I was advised against it, and got the staction of Mumm-Ra instead. That Lion-O is just...well it's quite horrid looking. Maybe further in that line the figures will look better.

I can't make it this weekend. My brother's birthday is Saturday and my mother is taking us out for dinner. Then Sunday he wants to hit the new casino. Which I've been too and it sucks.

Love everything that has been shown at SDCC. Hoping that the secret accessory for MEF is that stand for the orb that came with KG 2.0

Really hope they do a seperate sub for the 30 anniversary figures.

Only figures I hope they reissue is MAA, Teela, and Shadow Beast.

My Queen arrived last week. Very cool. Didn't switch her out to Capt. Glenn. PD's video made it sound like a pain. I'll just wait for Capt. Glenn.

Going to WW this year. Only because Groupon had a deal for $15. Hitting it on the Sunday. Have to take brother in law.

Didn't score SDCC ML Thor. Oh well. Wallet took a bad enough hit lately anyway.

Grant, we live close to each other so once the Captain arrives we'll hook up.

Guess TRU doesn't want our money. Where is BA Faker???
