Well overall I wasn't impressed by C2E2. I'd say it is a step or two above WW. A lot of the comic dealers were very unorganized. There is this new thing people, it's called the alaphbet. Learn it, use it.

I got a SDCC Orko for $45. (Guy wanted $50). Scored the non variant ML 2 pack with Black Widow and Winter Solider for $35. (Guy wanted $40 which I would have paid.). Saw one MAA for $35 and passed.

A few trades and some variant covers rounded off my shopping experience. Too many t-shirt, sword, and bootleg dealers IMO.

I think w/ the industry people that showed up and some of the star quality there for autographs and photo ops, i could see this con expanding immensely in a few years.

I agree that the dealers were a mess, some unorganized and overpriced. i didn't buy anything for myself except for an "i love boobies" hoodie (just gotta support the cause to save some of these beauties!)

Hanging out w/ THEGODBEAST, Trimm Trabb & the Nerd City guys booth along w/ Pixal Dan & his peeps from the Pop Culture Network was loads of fun. FOUR LOCO YO!!!

Hopefully that podcast gets to see the light of day after much editing. :hmeek

Not being one who ventures into the city too often, I didn't feel that the signage for Mc Cormick in general was all that great. I missed 2 turns and went into the wrong parking lot at first.

agreed if your not from the city. i walked into the old building and had to walk through several buildings to get to the right one. good exercise - maybe, bad for my knee's definitely!!!

I just got a chance to sit down and crack open my package from Matty that came Friday. One of my King Hsss' is packaged on the Preternia He-Man card. Do any of you have any interest in this variant/error/whatever before I try and contact Matty to swap it out. I'd been looking for an even trade from a Hsss on the correct card.

So what was the final word with the belly buster? How many took it and won?

How many Palace Guards and Shadow Beasts did everyone score? I got 3 sets of guards and 2 beasts. I was think about getting 3 beasts so I could open 2, but my wallet was still hurting from the previous month.

What is everyone most looking forward to that is on the plate? Panthor, Catra and Clawful are on top of my list.

The only POP figure I had was Catra. I didn't like it that much. Think I won her in a grab bag at school.

I hope they do her in cat form. If I remember correctly, she was smaller than BC. So they could get their money out of that mold and reuse it for Cringer with a different head.

Have any of you tried fixing Roboto's or King Hsss' shoulders?

I will be trying it on both king hiss and roboto this weekend. i have a spare roboto torso in my parts bin and a spare king hiss to do this with & if it works out well i will replace my current figure's torso w/ the fixed one's. If not no harm no faul.

I also use gorilla glue super glue for my customs now and i have had great success w/ it so far.

i'm also looking to customize one of my shadowbeasts to resemble the 200X shadowbeast a bit more, so wish me luck!
