Australians out there

Hi,

I posted my first message tonight (in the custom figure and sculpture forum)about whether there is a demand for hand made life-size MOTU busts. I didnt realise that there was an Australian thread until now so I am putting this here as if anyone was interested, postage would make it more for my fellow Australians (which is the opposite of what we are used to, with foreign postage!)I doing my first MOTU now, Trap Jaw and will put up pics when done, but I have questions as to what to do with these and i put those in my other post. My avatar is one of my zombie heads, by the way. Anyone who can help/or is interested, please post.Either way, great to find Australian MOTU followers!

Here is my current set up in my "man cave"

The shelving is 4 metres (13 feet) long and can hold 8 levels of shelves. I only have 4 levels at the moment but I will keep adding shelves as the line progresses. Everything is on display except the Star Sisters because the box is too big. Once I add some more shelves they will take their rightful place in my display, just like every other figure.

Some figures don't have stands because I am waiting on my delivery from Matty.

Very nice. Who is the custom (?) character on the far right of the photos? Looks like a combination of Prince Adam, Zodac's armour in pink and Bow's head?

He's fabulous! Although, for a stylist, I'm surprised at his bold mix of metals/finishes. A gold crown matched with pearlescent bracelets! At least his weapons match his armour which is the foundation for a true warrior.

Awesome Pics Fallen, i like your custom items, also the wonderbread shield thing, where was that from?

Also i love skeletors table, and if your taking more pics can we get a close up of Trikes shield. I remember when i had my bedroom setup but then come along my 3rd daughter, its been about 11 months now that i took everything down, and back then i was struggling for more room though having vintage and 200x on display.

BTW i like how you have the Grayskull Door with Battle armors on either side.

Trap_Jaw_888 - Welcome to the boards. Lately ive been checking out Marvel statues and life size busts and wish that Motu would be licensed to someone to do more statues and lifesize busts. Id be interested to check out your work, you can post pics here in this thread.

The Wun-Dar bread shield is from Spy Monkey Creations as well as the Tri-Klops shield;

Mine got here yesterday too, opened slush head only, ive filled my helmet with water and have 2 permanent bubbles in the nostriles, looks funny and odd at the same time. My 2 attachments at the back are having trouble staying in but other then that im more then happy to have another NA character.

Yes, i'm still waiting on Man At Arms and Slush Head shipped on the 18th May.

My first order of figures took almost 6 weeks, the second was just under 4 weeks.

Should be arriving soon.

Hey Lorde trooper - thanks for your interest, at the moment I'd really prefer to sell each line as complete lots, but if it doesnt work out that way I'll let you know. I'm really hoping someone can help me put a value to the NA collection - I've had them for ages and am a bit out of touch with their value, going to post them in the NA forum and see if anyone can help me out (I'll let you know how it goes).

just finished building a house, and there is a dedicated "man cave" ready for all things MOTU

Just noticed Mattel sent me (and billed me) for an extra Mighty Spector.

I bought one, but with recent news that it "may" contain more POP characters then usual, I kinda regret getting it. Oh well, I'll be selling my POP characters at All Star Comics, hopefully!
