Yes its too bright. Maybe you should go with a darker base coat and highlight with the colour you used now. Check the MOTUC Adora or She-Ra to get an idea... :hmgrin:

If you want him to look more evil, paint the white to dark grey or black and the eyes in the way Faker's eyes look (bright red/orange). Maybe this will work. However it could look stupid with the...
