Rock Lords....powerful living rocks!
If that happened, for the first time in MOTUC, I'd vote 200x. I like the character, but the Filmation version was quite inferior to 200x/MYP.
Yes, to me, he's a comedy figure. A being from a topsy turvy alternate universe. He's a perfect fit for the line as that.
2. Two Bad
4. Tung Lashor
8. Horde Trooper
You're welcome! I've been visiting your MOTU blog for years, and just like finally joining the he-man.org forums a few years ago, I finally caved in after all this time of being a fan.
My feelings exactly, just want POP anyway we can get 'em. Who wouldn't want a bunch of beautiful female figures sculpted by the Four Horsemen?
I realize not all are fans, so however they are...
You nailed it on the head, Scott. Thank you!
His kids are named Heavyweight Champ, Welterweight Champ, and Lightweight Champ.
MOTUC canon is so cool!
Can the Time Agents go back in time, and remove themselves from Masters of the Universe? Then put themselves in another franchise that would fit more? That would be cool.
Spector and the...
Ya, I'm not sure what the appeal is with those things. The stands are so clunky and visible, it's hard for me to see how this makes the toys appear to fly. :stroll:
Awesome story, Count! A lot of high and lows. Actually, just a lot of highs. :skwink:
Amazing how long MOTU has been a part of our lives, and how intertwined it is with our deep...
I think the beauty of Masters of the Universe is the imagination. I feel we should be filling in the gaps of those older characters on our own. Just my preference.
It's no problem, I...
I would have preferred that He-Man had simply encountered new allies, enemies, power-ups, vehicles and playsets, while keeping the status quo largely the same. :hmwink: If this approach had been...
Been impressed by the covers for years, finally ordered some old issues tonight!
And put in for the big pre-order. Hope this pre-order goes through too for issues 9-16.
Isn't Despara just Adora of the Horde? That's not new, it's just a name for her time in the Horde. I like what I've seen with Despara, it's cool, but I'd rather have something totally new.
If I was in charge of the brand, it'd be 1988 (or simply a continuation of the next year), and Eternia and Etheria would see the continiual battle among He-Man, Skeletor, She-Ra, and Hordak wage on. ...
Do you mean it has been worse and worse since the start of the MOTUC line or since the original line?
As for the mythos, it's been mostly downhill for me since they created New Adventutes. Has...
You're probably right about this. I'm curious as to what it would be.
I agree with you on this. There's still a lot to offer, and the vintage fuel still lives with all the unmade...
Mattel knows they can suck more money out of us. And we happily oblige, because MOTUC is a dream come true.
Been in since I was a toddler in the 80's.
NA was the only line I didn't collect, but my sister and I did get two figures from that line on clearance back in the day (Butthead and Artilla).
First off, I really appreciate Mattel doing the poll. Kudos on asking the fans!
As for my vote, I voted no.
I'd rather have Mattel publish some of the best characters from the...
True. That's part of the reason I don't read the new comics.
I do feel bad for those that want new MOTU comics and end up ultimately disappointed.
Just make up your own canon, that's my...
Do it, I promise you'll have at least one reply!
Bould-or, sounds a lot like Boulder (from Tonka's Rock Lords). If there was only a Rock Lords Classics line, my heart would be complete.
Pebblass. I actually don't mind it, it's corny and has a...
Didn't MOTU start in 1982 (obviously picked up steam in 1983)? Star Wars had the Return of the Jedi figures around the same time and then Power of the Force the next few years into about 1985 and...
What a ridiculous concept! With that said, I'm in favor of Disco Skeletor as the heavy hitter that year. Then instead of figures the rest of the year, we get alternate heads -vintage Jitsu, 200x...
If so, replace 'em with some of the fan's choice characters:
Mini-Comics Trap Jaw
Then add in some cheap to make variants:
I like that the vintage vehicles are in there. You still need that vintage fuel to keep the line going. The undone He-Man and Skeletor variants are important too.
Put Buzz Saw Hordak in there,...
I seriously laughed out loud while reading your comment. If they make a videogame, it should be called "From Eternia With Death!"
