Nice! It takes a special talent to make a recolor look convincing.
My condolences and prayers to you and your family.
The only reason I can think of is that it took less time than drawing an outline and painting in the appropriate color.
Sanrio? *has image of Hello Kitty dressed up as a He-Man stuck in his head*
MykEdwards, Was the show a cartoon or anime, and was it shown in the United States or were you living elsewhere as a child?

MykEdwards PM'ed me, It was shown in the U.S. He...
Glad to help, You might like the Starriors limited series comic by Marvel if you can find it.
Oh, just thought of one other 80's robot cartoon/toy. Maxx Steele's Robo Force.
Was it any of these?
M.A.S.K.
Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors
Starcom: The U.S. Space Force
I wondered that too, but no one had that name. The robots weren't made by humans, either.
I went on a Google search (for 80's robot cartoons) and all I got was a nasty virus that Norton's and...
Where did it say Irma was going to be a goth? The only thing I've seen so far is one small pic that shows she has bangs cut straight across. That is hardly an indicator of anything.
It's probably drowned after today.... :hmroll:
I have a vintage Dewback myself, it's my favorite Star Wars toy.
PS: Hoth on a budget made me laugh! :hmlol:
James Arnold Taylor, the dude who voices Johnny Test? I never would have figured he was Obi Wan.
Yeah seriously, My Nortons just blocked an attack from that site. Some fake Facebook app.
GB are my initials and glide just sounded cool.
No one has mentioned Ghost in the Shell S.A.C.! Nobody likes it? :hmsad:
Just ordered the second volume of Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors. Finally the whole series is on dvd!
You're work is awesome! It reminds me of 80's painted movie posters. What training/art school have you had?
Nice! It has that worn look of the original Star Wars films.
You've obviously never lived with a cat. :hmtung:
There has to be an origin in this film.
It's been so long since MOTU was big, the average movie goer probably has no idea how He-man got his start.
All of the Lion Voltron eps and a few vehicle ones too.
You and your family are in my prayers.
Nice! :hmlol:
Where did you get them? My old G.I. Joes are falling apart. :hmsad:
Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors would be my favorite, anyone else here interested in toys of that?
Who knows, I'm still wondering how He-Man's castle is a skull when it would make more sense for Skeletor. :hmconf:
I've got all the good guys from that series, but they are yellowing badly. :hmsad:
I don't know if that's good advice, an unplugged tv carries enough charge to a kill a man. Be careful.
Dude! You've got Herc Stormsailor as your av and you don't want Jayce and the WW figures? Are you ok? :hmconf:
Obviously, I want a Jayce classic line.
I'd also like a Bionic Six line, for...
Is it wrong that (in my head) I heard both those quotes in Yoda's voice? :hmlol:
