I went through the same troubles that everyone seems to have had. This month everything worked slower then EVER BEFORE. Usually I get my orders done pretty quickly...not so this time. Wait, wait,...

When I got the mail I already felt the anger rising :hmblsh: ... but then I figured out that it was for the 2009 subscription. With Digital River you never know...

I have also received a full refund for the charged taxes. Now I really hope that we won't have to deal with this problem again.

I have received the renewal mail for Scare Glow - judging from that NO taxes were charged. That is a good sign!
