It's been a week, and I used bskcase idea. So here is what I did:

1-I washed both figures with soap, and let them dry.

2-I wrap them in Paper Towel (didn't have newspaper, besides I was...

I just found out that Dragon Blaster Skeletor has black plastic in the shoulders, hands, and probably the legs.

Well, between the Febreze and washing them, the smell went down almost a 70%.

At least they don't smell when you pass by them.

Ok! The story is short, but you may already know it:

Bought 2 Loose figures, they arrives, and both smell like cigarette!

I usually use Febreze, but I'm not sure if it will eventually damage...
