It's an interesting thing to speculate on, for sure. Personally, I would be VERY surprised if any vintage MOTU figures are left out of DOS at this point.

Mer-Man is most certainly #1 and I am with you, my favorite from childhood and my favorite today.

He uses the Clawful/Whiplash torso so yes, he has scales on his entire upper body.

No construction issues to speak of. There might be some *slight* silver paint bleed on the side of his helmet, but it is minimal and will vary figure to figure.

You know, you have had some things on the list in very different places than where I would have put them so far, but I think our Top Ten is going to look pretty similar.
