I think they'll go with the troubled hero routine. Adora will find out who she is and she'll probably receive the power of Grayskull by the end of the series but this time she isn't under any spell....

I have experience with 3D modelling and printing. While it sounds cool, Shapeways doesn't offer prints that size. You'll have to break it up in smaller pieces and assemble it yourself.

If you count the Stactions there's also Randor.
