Hexon The Horrible is an ancient gar wizard, who had the desire of power. He is extremely devious looking, and speaks in a sly cunning way. He is arrogant and exudes confidence in his own impressive abilities. He can shoot bolts of energy from his hands and magically create a disc in which he uses to fly. He has past ties with ancient Anwat Gar and the Empire Of Simbar, in which he tried to gain control of each.
