Cutter is a member of the Manchines of Etheria. His Mechanical body allows him to move undetected through any Horde infested areas because he is unreadable on any of their scanners. His arms and feet and head can pinch onto and cut through just about anything, and if they can't his many Lasers can. He can also tuck & roll with his mechanical tail allowing him to move at high speeds.
