Synopsis:

Man-At-Arms tells Derek, a boy at the Palace, about how Mekaneck lost his son Phillip in a storm in the forest. Man-At-Arms found him, fainted in the forest, and gave him a bionic neck to replace his injured neck. Out of loyalty, Mekaneck chose to stay at the Palace and serve the king. Count Marzo, who saved Phillip during the storm, tells Mekaneck to lead the king and queen to him in exchange for Phillip. Randor wants to take an expedition to visit the Bee People and Mekaneck leads group. When the caravan stops at an oasis, Count Marzo traps King Randor, Queen Marlena, and Mekaneck inside. He-Man confronts Count Marzo, but Chimera runs off with the king and queen before they can stop him. The heroes find a secret entrance to Marzo's alcove. The king, queen, and Phillip try to escape, but encounter many dangers. Mekaneck and He-Man rescue them and Count Marzo retreats.
